Bookmarklet Generator

Info

Easy to use

You setup a PIN code that allows you to access all of your Employee Links logins, including (but not limited to) Axonify, Ascentis, OMNI, etc, all with a click of a button.

Secure

Since it's all stored in a bookmark, you know that your passwords aren't stored in any database that can be hacked. You're also creating a PIN that only you know, so no one will be able to login as you unless they know your PIN. The best part about it all is that the script (as well as the passwords and your PIN) is all encoded in Base64, so you don't have to worry about anyone viewing your passwords by editing the bookmark.

Versatile

Jacqueb (Jacob Briley of Russell Cellular Batesville, AR) will be constantly updating the script to include a vast variety of websites! It will automatically detect which page you're on, whether there is a login form present, and (if it is a multi-part login such as OMNI) which step of the login you are on and fill in the correct details accordingly. If you use this script and would like to suggest another site, email him at jacqueb1337@gmail.com (personal) or jacob.briley@russellcellular.com (work).

How-to

Type in all your logins

This is the easiest step. Just put your passwords, IDs, usernames, etc. in the text input boxes below this section. You can easily jump to each login type by clicking the corresponding buttons in the sidebar. Proceed to the next step.

Create a PIN

At the end of the page (or at the "Generate Bookmarklet" hyperlink on the sidebar), create a unique PIN code that only you know. You'll use this PIN every time you click the Auto-Login button; it's just a precaution we're taking to prevent unauthorized access.

Save the bookmarklet

Most updated versions of Chrome allow you to right-click on the generated link and hit "Bookmark Link," but this action may be blocked on some workstations. If this is the case, you can also click-and-drag the link to your bookmarks bar. Once you've saved your bookmarklet, you can then right-click it in your bookmarks bar and click "Edit" if you wish to change the display name. Do NOT change anything in the URL textbox while editing your bookmark; this could render the script useless. If you wish to change or update a password in your auto-login bookmarklet, you can always delete the bookmark and come back to this page to generate another one.
